FYI: You can use citrus rinds in recipes if you boil out the bitterness first. It takes a couple of boils and rinses to get the job done, but it will still flavor food. It tones it down, making it less likely to overpower the other flavors.
Have to say I’m certainly enjoying this new blog theme. It’s a much better fit for the original intention of the blog. And I love the variety in post types. I may post more now. Yay!
